How do I know if I'm in a stall and how do I get out of it? I am not losing for the last two days and I am on day 18 of my vlcd (Day 20 of injections) . I have not changed anything but I read somewhere that I can do an apple day if I stall, works better than a steak day but I don't want to do this if this is normal. Any suggestions?
